Iv'e heard that once a plant gets a few sets of real leaves you can start giving it a diluted nute mix in your water. I start mine in Fox Farm Ocean Forest so would it even help them at this age or burn them? The nutes i'd be using are General Hydroponic's Flora Duo A&B and a calcium/magnesium...

I took some of those seeds out of an orange one and grew some out, very sweet. Never knew what they were called though, the bag just said small sweet mixed. Thanks :)

Started some seeds for fun since it's too early for that where I live. One of my tomato plants doesn't look healthy, it has yellowing in between the veins, the leaves are turning purple underneath and the leaves are drooping a little. Lights on all day, and I 'possibly' may have over watered it...

That's what I'm thinking because all the pics i have seen look like that wiki. I can't find where I got them from but all the peppers look like that so I know I didn't mislabel all of them. Must have gotten cayenne :/

The ones on the left are long red cayennes and the one on the right is from a pack of tabasco seeds. The "tabasco" peppers are all thicker, darker, and straighter than my cayenne plants. Is this how Tabasco's grow? I always thought they grew upwards. I've never grown them before and just want to...

Hello everyone. So I bought 8 plants from California Seed and Garden this season, but when I got them I had to rush and put them into one big pot for a day before I could plant them because of work. That night we got hit with a huge storm that flooded the pot and killed a few of them and messed...

"Home Defender"ed the eff out of those ants.

I just went back out, about 15 minutes after the last time I moved the pot and this is what I see.   Killed all of them, and I also looked for aphids on all of my plants. Admittedly I found very few, and none on this ghost plant.   EDIT: Thanks for all of the fast replies by the way, this forum...

I have seen ants in almost all of my flowers and have not seen a single aphid?

So I have read on these forums that ants are not a real problem, and they help pollinate a little. I think one of my ghost pepper pots has a few too many though, is this a problem?   The ants have brought dirt all around the pot (only pot with this problem)...   They also have holes dug around...
