Thanks for all the advice.  I just transplanted a few sprouted seedling with anywhere from 0-4 true leaves from a humidity dome (where others are germinating) to a mix of perlite and organic potting soil, about a foot under my T5s. Within 5 minutes of translanting, the leaves were mighty wilted...

Trying to not get frustrated...but most of my seedlings died, not sure why, down to like three of just a few types. Should I do ahead and soak more and try again? Just growing under some T5HOs, not sure where I am messing up.

One final question, I'm worried about overwatering but I also don't want to come home and have everythign dead and shriveled. For seeldings, is there any good rule of thumb as to when I need to water/mist?

Just because I'm weary...around 6/12 types of peppers have germinated in the humidity dome ,and some of the early ones, with no new leaves, are darking and maybe wiltign a bit, assuming the humidity is too high for them. Am I safe uncovering the rest of the seeds as logn as they are sitll on the...

I'm a nuc engineer, can give you the numbers, but your plants are at absolutely 0 risk.

One final question, I'm germinating in cells in a humidity dome, and know I need to get them out once they are gemrinated. How long should I wait? Basically, can I let all of them germinate before transplanting them, or should I transplant them as they each get their own first true leaves?

Yep! MY one heat mat is being used for some carnivorous seedlings, but my new one should be waiting in the mail today!
