just opened my grow closet and noticed a pepper already!!! Problem is its on a plant in a 12 oz cup no taller than than 6 or 8 inches , hmm guess this hps light isnt goin to work out or is this common for some varieties? is this just because its an hps light maybe ? should be metal halide? thx...

anyone ever tried those metal halide conversion or retrofit bulbs? i have a hps 250 ballast ansi s50 see many halide retro bulbs at 4000k or 5200k ? any recommendations?

my plants are in 16 oz cups and just went today and got fish emulsion and worm castings . Question is how do use it ,should it already be in use by this stage? bottom of the cup ? top ? any help? thx

just found a local wharehouse closing and selling off there stuff including 300!! 250 watt high pressure sodium lamps which include whole fixture and bulbs wired for 120v, plug in and they are set to go , all yea 20 bucks each i cant go wrong can i????

what about surrounding my small grow room (apt closet) in mirrors would that be as good as mylar?? always looking for the cheap way out :) since i already have enough mirrors ps. almost all my 1st time growing anything seedlings are up :)
