I've just put in 4 new raised bed garden boxes and filled it with a landscapers garden blend dirt. Its thick, clumpy and doesn't drain well. Since I've spent a fair amount already.... Whats the cheapest way to loosen this soil up? I've got 4 7x3 raised beds to loosen.

I got some dried red thai's from generous member and I tried to germinate them for giggles... Well, Its 4 days in and out of 10 seeds 5 have germinated! They were dried in a dehydrator also. Does this suprise anyone else??
