    It seems the people here like their Super Hot peppers. But how do you eat them? I've seen the videos on You Tube. You can't just eat them right off the bush like Thai Hots can you? Do you cut them real thin for pizza, dice them in Chilli, or make powder out of them?

    Green Habs

    Freeze vs frost?

    There is a freeze warning tonight, but low chance of frost. Do I still need to move my plants inside? Will a unheated shed be better than just leaving my pepper plants outside?

    annuum How long are Frozen Jalapenos good for?

    Ive got 4 quart bags of Jalapenos in the freezer. The oldest bag in the freezer was harvested in September. How long will they stay good? I'm hoping to freeze enough to last till next years harvest.

    Freezing Jalapenos???

    Last week I had some extra Jalapenos that I harvisted. After I picked them, I just threw them in a freezer bag and froze them. The guys at work said they will go stale fast and I should have flashed cooked them first. What is the proper way to freeze my extra Jalapenos?
