chinense PLEASE post some Scotch Bonnet pics!

The ones in the last pic look like mini pumpkins. Would be awesome if somebody used a tiny knife and carved a jack-o-lantern pepper. LOL.

What do ya'll eat every day?

I usually have hot sauce and/or chili pepper with every meal. Unless I'm having oatmeal with blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries for breakfast, which I do once or twice a week. I try not to eat the same meat two days in a row for dinner. I usually alternate fish, pork, beef, chicken...

Dud, or am I a freak

This lady does. Just look at the top comments "yo son she eatin them things like f#%kin gummy bears or some $h%t," as well as the one about her husband LOL. I have also noticed that while bhut's have an insane burn on the tongue, they burn your throat and stomach more. You might just have a...

LOL glad I'm not the only one that uses spicy peppers to get rid of mucus. Congrats on finishing that beast.

How many people can eat 2 fresh bhut jolokias and keep them down?

Yeah that's the same lady in the other post on this board rubbing them in her eyes, she's nuckin futs. My favorite part of that youtube vid is when Chef Ramsey asks to taste one, then spits it out all over the stage LOL.

    Feta Stuffed Cherry Bomb

Wow. That looks amazing. Ever try charring it in a broiler/toaster/etc? Feta gets a really nice texture when heated. I've got a huge block of feta in the fridge, from Costco actually LOL, and a bunch of habaneros. I'm gonna have to try that now. Thanks.

Me eating a fresh bhut jolokia ghost chili

Actually my cure for hiccups is burping. It get's rid of the hiccups, but it's really uncomfortable. The peanut butter thing sounds cool though. Even if it doesn't work peanut butter is really good stuff, plus all the oil in the peanut would probably help with the burn a little.

    Chilli Antidote

I agree that you shouldn't be trying to get rid of the burn, but there are times that it is necessary, like when you are trying something new that you just were not prepared for. Hard liquor works well for me, preferably scotch. The burn goes kind of well with the nice smoky peat flavor...

Me eating a fresh bhut jolokia ghost chili

Thanks for watching. Hope you guys had a good laugh. At least I won't feel so guilty laughing at other people's pepper eating vids now that I have one. Glad I can finally hang with all the cool kids. The worst part about eating these things is the hiccups/burps, which are really annoying...

    BK's Angry Whopper

Way to bump an old post :) . Anyway I worked at burger king in high school, and if you ever order anything from there again(I wouldn't) make sure you order it fresh off the broiler or "FOB," anything else is just gross and probably been sitting in a steamer or heat lamp for two hours. All I...

How many people can eat 2 fresh bhut jolokias and keep them down?

I have eaten two bhuts in a row, but on a full stomach and with slices of cheese. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER eat a bhut on an empty stomach. I will NEVER make that mistake again LOL. I felt like the old dude in this video: I just posted a video of me eating one with some mild discomfort...

Me eating a fresh bhut jolokia ghost chili

I decided to upload a video of me eating a bhut jolokia after watching youtube videos of other people eating them and laughing at their misery. For some reason I can watch other people eating them all day, it's just really hilarious to me. Anyway I figured I'd share the wealth and let other...

Ellis Island - Best deal in Las Vegas

Me and my dad used to go there all the time. Sorry to bump a relatively old post, but you really need to go to the BBQ next time. It's usually about a 2 hour wait, less if you're willing to eat at an outside table in the summer LOL, but you can down some cheap beers while you are waiting. I...

You know you're a pepper freak if:

Or if you lie about it. I found out that no matter how much soap you use, pepper oils stay on your hands for a while. Pepper hands + foreplay equals getting slapped in the face REALLY hard HAHAHAHA. It also makes taking your contacts out or putting them in really fun LOL.

    First Buffalo Wild Wings experience

The spiciest wings I have tried are the atomic wings at Wing Stop. You can check them out at 3w wingstop dot com, they have them in a few states in the south and west and maybe elsewhere now. The atomic I think is mostly a habanero paste, not really that flavorful compared to their other...

    baby food in hot sauce

If you want to try it out you can find spicy "banana catsup" in most Asian markets in the Filipino section, there is a spicy and non spicy version so watch out. They actually have it at the Asian section at some of the regular grocery stores here as well. It's basically banana puree with red...

    Any Good Jolokia Recipes?

Not really a recipe, but try adding it to fish sauce. Goes great with vegetable stews or just veggies in general. I used the nuclear fish sauce with some sinigang(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinigang) the other day, and it was amazing. You can also mix it along with 1 part soy sauce with 1...

    Greetings from Sin City

Hello everyone. I recently bought some bhut jolokia at my local supermarket for about $1 per pepper. The peppers were really good but I figured it would be more economical to grow them myself, and I stumbled onto this forum googling how to grow them. I planted about 75 seeds that I scraped...
