Any ideas what the name of this pepper is? I got this ONE yesterday. My barber gave it to me. He said that his Grandmother had brought the seeds from Italy, probably in the late 1800's or early 1900's. He said that she told the grandkids that they were poison to keep them away from it. He says they are very hot.
It looks very much like a cherry tomato but it is indeed a pepper. It is about 0.90" or 22mm in diameter. I am going to dry it and plant some seeds in the spring.
Thanks.
