I have a winner here: Aji Oro!
Had a nice taste a good heat.
Next year I will grow more plants.
I recommend this variety for all Pubescens lovers.
Great to know and with all that goodness even more! I'm still deciding what to do next year, maybe a couple of pubescens, maybe no one... If i decide yes maybe i should try one easy and one good and that comment helps. so thanks! :D

Smokemaster Manzano   Nice , sweet taste and medium heat. Is a keeper.

Did you get any identifiable flavor notes? When I grew them in the past, the flavor reminded me of a blend of apricots and black beans. If you dry and powder them, the Manzano pods are great on fish dishes. Cheers!

Some of my plants are sick . The young leaves turn black and die.  What disease is ?

What kind of nutrients are you giving them? I had that exact same issue with some of my indoor rocoto plants around late February/early March of this year. I did a couple of foliar cal/mag sprays, and it helped a lot. It's a bummer, because it hits rocoto plants right at the nodes, taking out all of the new shoots and leaves. The cal/mag did work for me though.
