Oh for fuck's sake.  In actual Egg news, when I made pizza on mine last fall one time, I got it so hot (1200F I believe) that I cracked the inner firestone shell. I just talked to my local dealer yesterday and he said they will have me a new one in three or four days for free.  I just have to email him a pic of the damage and of my receipt. That's good customer service.  I will definitely post pics of my lamb here.  I have been wanting to make one for a while.  Now I have it and just need the time.  I am thinking a week from today or tomorrow is when it will happen.

No no no, my inner shell.  The stone fire ring cracked.  Its still totally functional and I have cooked on it a dozen or so times since, but I still want it replaced and was curious to see how they were about this lifetime warranty.  So far so good.
