Hell Yeah !!  That's Heather's favorite way. She likes it more traditional. No Onion No Cheese but i do love it like that as well. Does give that clean and super beefy flavor. Hell i love it right from the fridge by the chunk for that matter :)

This would work for pit beef as well. Love pit beef sammies!!!
