I love the flavor of peppers but the heat can kill my tongue and lips. I love bourbon but too much is well too much. Any way to mix the 2 together like a suace, or drink, or jelly, or anything?

bourbon is definatley do able in a hot sauce, there a number of sauces and people on this forum who add some Bourbon to their sauce
Stuff a few raw pods down in the bottle and let it sit for a month or so...... 
BBQ sauce.
Maybe Bourbon pear chocolate hab jelly? Baked Apples or pears w/ bourbon and your favorite pepper?

Note dried pods work too, and much faster.
Slightly off topic, but I was just thinking the scotch I was drinking might be good in a marinade. Not sure about peppers, hmm...
