smoking Chuck roast and country pork ribs

Smoked up a couple beauties for tacos!!!!! These were a chuck roast done with my own Mexican marinade and the pork in which I used JohnsMyName FANTASTIC jerk sauce and BigB sent me some fabulous treats not sure what this was Brandon it was in a kimchi jar taste was off the hook!!! Mixed with John's jerk sauce and wow!!!!!

Corn tortillas with onion and cilantro my taco sauce and verde, absolutely delicious!!

Thanks JohnsMyName and BigB!!!!!!!! these were the pork tacos beef tonight!!!
