just took all the seeds out of those annuum bonnets. They have a great flavor. Putting them in the freezer for making jelly this fall. the bhuts were hotttttt.

I did "Jamaican Yellow Scotch Bonnets" is what they were called on the package... But they were also listed as c.chinense.

There is a chance they are Jamaican Hot Yellows, or else Annuum Scotch Bonnets.
