Sorry for not croping, I smoked 2 Pork Tender Loins. I used a smoke pepper dry rub,MINE ! I then wrapped the loins in fresh Oregano and a Mint sprigs. The "Bride of Dan" made Horse Radish spread with a smoked dry Bishops Hat ! Tosted the hoagie roll melted Munster Cheese on Roma Tomatoes applied cracked black pepper AWESMOME ! I am so famished this why the lack of better acompaning photos, IE grill,fire,beer ETC !! PLus its my freakin' B-Day !
Those look great. I forget about smoking loin as I always seem to lean toward smoking pork butt instead. I think i'm gonna have to go that route next time I go to the meat market.
