DF 2018 Grow log

Started setting up some seeds yesterday.
Used rock wool and decided to experiment and use my fish tank to start them. The two reaper seeds I just placed on the Java Fern.
More seeds later today.
 
By the way, the "Thor" seeds, their from the seed train and I dont recall any other info on them, looking on the web they are described as such. If their is another type then please update me, thanks!

Well it does capture flies but not very efficient. My windows catch way more flies, they crowd the window as the sun goes down and I cover with the curtains and their trapped their and guess too cold for them so theirs a black line on the ledge with their bodies lol.

I can't seem to get seeds to germ in Jiffy pods.  What do you do?  Just get them wet once?  I wonder if I am keeping them too damp...

Yup just once, keep checking, the hood normally gives it a good moisture till their matured.
