Dried Anaheims...

Alright gang, my aunt just gave my about 1/4 pound of dried Anaheim peppers and I don't have a clue what to do with them. Powder.....smoke.....smoke then powder....any ideas?
 
Will work as a decent paprika (chile powder for those who insist paprika is a very certain variety). I like mine fresh.
 
I used to use anaheims along with Cascabel and Chile de Arbol to make home made chili powder for my chili...I use a different anaheim type pepper now that has a darker red color...
