Eggplant burgers.

This weekend I'll be making fried eggplant burgers for the folks and my nephew,

The dredge station will consist of 3 dipping stations.

Flour, Egg Wash, Home made bread crust crumbs baking in the oven, Turkey Burger, egg plant.

Grilled in the is. "Iron skillet by the way"

"I'll be making a white sauce with shallots for the burgers.

I'll have photos of it this coming weekend.

Tell that to my folks, they're the ones that want it that way, I would do normal hamburger buns!
 
If you're going to fry up eggplant just make eggplant parm heroes.
 
Well I can understand your folks, maybe they grew up eating eggplants, but your nephew CAN'T LIKE an eggplant burger.. come on.
Don't get me wrong, I love eggplant salad... but not with burgers!
