sandwiches Grilled Ham and London Broil Sandwiches

I have continued to give my grill a workout. Today it is Mojo marinated London Broil and Grilled BBQ Ham Steak Sandwiches.

First, the London Broil

When I grilled this we ate it the first night with scalloped potatoes.

Now today is when I made the sandwiches. Grilled the ham steaks and glazed them with some bbq. You may also notice some chipotle lime chicken thighs. Those are for later.

Grilled some garlic bread, and assembly begins.

The London broil side got some fatalii sauce and Havarti cheese. The ham steak side got more bbq sauce and pepperjack cheese.
