my outdoor plants

hey guys thought i would start a thread for my outdoor pepper plants. so far they are all doing good even though some hail damage. so far i have rocotos, kung pao, la cruces, big jim, Anaheim, tabago sweet scotch bonnet, trinidad 7pot, trinidad scorpion and bhut jolokia.

i am also growing a few tomato plants as well. i am growing black cherry, langston gold ball and myowna orange (thanks for the seeds Julianna). i also bought a few plants from the local garden center that are doing pretty good as well.

Nice looking plants. Good luck with the cross. If the cross takes I would be happy to get my hands on some seeds :)

thanks for the comments

i have never really tried to do any types of crossing so we will see how it goes once pods start forming

Thai orange is a great plant. I had one last year and kick my self every time I see a pic like that for not planting some seeds this year. Productive as hell, and make great curry paste!

yeah this is my first year growing them and so far they are the ones with the most pods. i will have to try and make some curry paste, it does sound good.

thanks for the recipe fivestar. yeah we do have alot of asian grocery stores around here so it shouldnt be to hard to find. i will have to wait for just a few more ripe pods and i will give it a go

Nice, healthy looking plants. Your Tobago sweet SB pods look quite different from the ones I have growing. Keep us updated on your progress
