My Pepper Patch

Here is a few pods:

All Naga Morich. On the left from Monday, the right, today. Over 5 pounds. The left side just went into the dehydrator.
 
These have been in the fridge, deciding what to do with them:

Hang the branches upside down to get the last of the pods to ripen.


A light frost the other night, but the plants did not get burned.
Hopefully, another week or two until I have to strip the pods.
 
I picked a bowl full (each) of more Fatallis, Trinidad Perfume, Bhuts, 7 Pots and Mystery Guatamelean(SP?) (Thanks AJ)
Into the dehydrator they go.............
They just will not quit!:lol:

Some years I scale back and have a partial crop failure for various reasons. This year, alot of rain and cool overall temps(so much for global warming). Bumper crop and then some..............
 
Man oh man you've been doing some serious harvesting WACO. You end up with too many pods let me know, I be happy to help a fellow out.:P
