Sorry I missed this one Nate, It's miracle grow organic soil and my wife had some extra wood mulch left from her tomatoes that she put on top of the soil. It's been really useful helping to absorb some of the extra water from all the rain we've had.

Yeah, I live in a 3 story apt. complex and those pipes go for the two above me. My apt. luckily has one of the four usable dirt patches for the building.
