Mind if I join you Pam? His cellar sounds pretty good. I like most Belgians, especially Tripel. Also, Winter Warmers,Barleywines, Doppelbocks, etc, etc. Favorite breweries include Stone, DogFishHead, Weyerbacher, Victory, Troegs, Rogue.

Just ordered 8 new hop rhizomes......

Come on Spring!!!!

My fall harvest ale will be an all fresh HOP GRENADE!!

Tons of bittering hops in the boil.(magnum tops out at nearly 3X the bittering units of most other types!!)

And TONS of fresh hops at the end of the boil for flavor and aroma.
 
I'm definitely a fellow beer snob. Drinking a Lagunitas Maximus right now. Last night it was Loose Cannon Hop3 ale. My standards though are Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Dogfish 60's and 90s(120s when I can get them), and Pilsner Urquell.
