Thanks guys, I was really happy with them, I am super proud that I can cook new things now. I was worried I wouldn't have enough heat but luckily found a few more chilli's in the freezer half way though cooking. Testing the mix after simmering I realised I could really ramp up the heat level (chilli wise) and it really took the flavours to a new level with a few more habs in it.
