music Post your guitar porn here!

I played for some years ... before I changed schools and switched to violin, LOL ...

My favorite guitar is the ES-335, actually ... I had a Squire Strat as my first, and a Tele as my 2nd, but I was definitely going to have an ES one day ...

Little known GM factoid, I'm planning to pick-up pedal steel one of these days ...

OK. Well again, I play my beloved 90's Strat all the time and finally played a '76 Les Paul Custom through a Marshall today and wheeeeoooooooooooooooooooooooo. That thing played like butter! The action was a lot lower compared to my strat.
Not as easy to do bends though. ;)
You liked the low action huh? Les Paul's are nice in that regard.

I'm confused...
If I read this right, you are saying it is harder to bend to pitch on a Les Paul as opposed to a Stratocaster?

Please explain your reasoning.

It is easier to do bends on a higher action than a lower action and Strats tend to have a higher action than Les Pauls. Just curious , how long have you been playing and how old are you?

If i have bought a high end guitar from anyone let alone a fender of gibson. last thing I better have to worry about is the action.

I can bend a string around a rhinos neck let alone a strat or paul.

That's what I have read from some good luthiers. Whether its true or not I don't know.
Do you have proof or are you just being a yes man?

That statement has no basis in fact whatsoever.
