Can anyone tell me if the Prairie Fire has any taste or is it a more ornamentel type with no flavor at all.

The flavor of the Prairie Fire's that I grew from Johnny's Selected Seeds was mild and unoffensive, not horribly flavored like some ornamentals.

I grew it to cross with tabasco.

What's your interest in Prairie Fire, the small size?

Definitly the size and i like the colors to. But i also wanted it for my parrot for some bite size peppers. I asked the question because i am planning on making em into powder.
