The flavor of the Prairie Fire's that I grew from Johnny's Selected Seeds was mild and unoffensive, not horribly flavored like some ornamentals. I grew it to cross with tabasco. But i also wanted it for my parrot for some bite size peppers. I asked the question because i am planning on making em into powder. Thanks for the awnser
