Just Vacuum seal it,
Place vacuum sealed bag in another bag,
and fill with dry ice.

place bag with pie and dry ice in a styrofoam cooler,
wrap styrofoam cooler in a blanket.
and place that in a cardboard box.
wrap with brown paper and ship it next day air.
