Salty's Sausage Parm grinder

Ok Just a quick post of tonight's dinner Heather is working so what the hell !! :0
 
Had some nice hot sausage from NY given to me by one of the vets i recently cooked some Q for. This stuff was spicy and had an incredible flavour.  Used fresh grated parm reg and some nice boars head mozz. 
Grilled up some nice garlic onion and green peppers. Used a batch of my jarred sauce recently so before i freeze the rest this seemed like a win win'

There is this famous place in New Haven CT that makes wieners they use that name instead of dogs. Forget the brand but you buy them right from the factory. Little outdoor stand attached to this giant plant. They used to sell only to employees but so many people were sneaking in friends they opened it to the public. I serviced there HVAC and R

Exactly why my dr. didn't clear me and let me go back this coming week.  I wanted to go back Tuesday and he said you aren't any better than last week.  I said, but I will be.  He said and what if you go back and two days later wrench your back again?  He said no, you need to go to physical therapy and REALLY get better before going back.  I am feeling the same.  If they would just let me take Advil, Flexorall, and drink vodka while I am working, I think I could do it!

First Hahahahahaha the Russian earthQuake The cocktail that cure's all :)  Yeah Brother this has happened to me more times than i can count. My Dr. was gonna have me strapped to the bed after my last string of injuries. he fixes one and i wreck myself before the first one was close to healed. hehe
