smoking Smoked and Braised Pepper Stout Lamb Shanks...Pork Spares...Smashed Red Potatoes...007 Stick Burner

I broke out the 007 stick burner for this cook.  Oak was the wood of choice.
 
Lamb shanks were marinated in olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt/pepper.
 

 
About 1 hour in.
 

 
Braising in Guinness, bell pepper, garlic, and onion.
