Im just starting on smoking!! and love it!!
smoke meat is very rare here in Brazil... but see alot here on THP!
next time i will made some sausages :D smoked hot sausages :party: OHHH
 
Looks like ham. What kind of a smoke is this? No smoke ring on meat. Looks good!
