smoking Smokin a lot of dogs

I was posed with a problem, not enough room to fit all he hot dogs on the grill for the kids at our BBQ. I was smoking meat already and still needed to fit the dogs on for the kids coming out of the pool in a while. Here was my solution.

Bamboo skewers. A lot of hot dogs and time in the smoker.

Not a bad idea. I had the same problem last year at a large BBQ and I stacked up a bunch of dogs in a rib rack after adding a skewer to the middle so they wouldn't fall through. I think I cooked 60 dogs at once. Plus none of them had that "dark stuff" on that the kids where complaining about earlier!
