I missed your previous pics, I thought it was Akorn and that was some after-cook. I see now, you oven cooked.
 
I'm confused tho. Title says Akorn, pics look like oven.
 
I smoked them for 9-10 hrs until they were 200F, and then put them in the 170F oven overnight until having one at brunch, while the other five enjoyed 170F until an hour ago ...

They just get better and better ...
