Sriracha Sauce

I bought this one recently from a local Asian grocery:

I was less than impressed. There was virtually no heat whatsoever and due
to my immense insobriety, I am unable to recall any other specifics.

The wife and I don't get out much. I've read of these hipsters on Fark and
such but just assumed they were more of a meme than an actual menace.
 
Call me old fashioned....
 
I just like the kind with the rooster on it. 
 
It's good. 
 
And franks is good too. 
 
And so is a McDonalds hamburger when you're hungry for a snack. The snobs are missing out!
 
Yea, there is other stuff, hotter stuff, whatever, but I like the stuff I can get easily too. 
 
I have two jars of the stuff I made that's been fermenting since last September. I think it's about ready to  strain and cook. Should be nice and tasty. I made it with my ripe red japs and orange habs.
