Yum! What u got?

Damm skippy Aaron!
Burnt Spuds are the best!
Those steaks look fantastic, great char, and the bites with the fat is the best part.
I must try those tomatoes.
Except load them up with LDHS Squirrel sauce... Oh wait...
I DON'T HAVE ANY MORE.

AHHA!!!! I see you're practicing more episodes of "Outdoor Cooking...Booze Camp Style"!!!!! I love it!!!!! My favorite show, dontcha know!!!!! :D

That looked just fantastic!!! How were the tomatoes???? Those looked groovy too!!!!!

I'll bet you two had the whole 'hood jealous with all those delicious smells!!!!! Nice Job!!!!!

The tomatoes were banging, I wish I had a crembule' torch to crust the cheese, but outside of that it was damn tasty!

Screw our neighbors! If ya'll were nearby we would have invited you, but not thsee neighbors. I hope they smelled everything and got hungry! NONE FOR YOU YOU NOSEY BASTARDS!

Jk :)

LOL! Betcha they were all wishin' they'd a been nicer to you guys!!!!

Too bad for that big ass mountain range between us! :) Of course, if we were any closer we'd all be 200 lbs bigger from all the rockin' food you could put out! :D

Lookin' forward to your TD entry HH!!!!!! I know it's gonna be CIPE!!!!! :)

If you haven't had them, Weyerbacher and Southern Tier both make a really good pumpkin beer too.
Yeah they are already secured for the list. I have 2 cases of Southern Tier in basement along with 1 case of Punkin. Few other shoe-ins as well. And Sam Adams Fat jack, a dbl pumpkin beer, 2 cases of that.

Perfect time to be cooking...grrrrrrrrrrrrr

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THESE STORMS... AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.

WIND GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH ARE LIKELY WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS.

The best pumpkin ales will say "brewed with pumpkin puree and spices" and not just the spices to mimic a pumpkin pie spice flavor.

Smuttynose comes to mind.

I've had Dogfish Head.

Seranac is a goodie.

Good, would have been a terrible shame!! You don't have that chimichurri recipe floating around do you?

Boss you need to try Southern Tier, Weyerbacher and Dogfish Head. They will blow Smutty away. Just sayin'

Those are definitely the top 3 out there me thinks. Smutty is weak and lacking IMO.

Around here we have a local brewer Cigar City, and they make a pumpkin beer called Good Gourd, and although I haven't had this years batch, last year I would compare it to weyerbacher imp pump quality and flavor. Good shit I swear.

I frickin love fall/pumpkin brews!

I ain't had a single drop of pumpkin beer this year. I'm waiting till October 1. I'm a weirdo, but true strory indeed.

Steak Sandwich for lunch today, after a big night on Sake and Teppanyaki

Black Angus scotch fillet, avocado base, tomato, caramelised onion, rocket and chilli jam. All stuffed between some garlic and olive oil sourdough
