That would be from up North where they have banned the Aboriginals from drinking. I didn't know about the no pornography thing though but it does make sense. They r**t there sisters, cousins, brothers, mothers...... You don't want to be giving them a hard on.

BTW i am part Abbo so i am allowed to comment and say "ABBO" :D

Wow....harsh....to forbid an entire community from drinking....

So....ABBO is a bad abbreviation?
 
Sounds like the rules they have in the far reaches of Alaska for the Eskimos. I have heard that a fifth of whiskey that can be bought for $12 will go as high as $250 in the dry villages if you can smuggle it in.
