Thai growing super small

They do look a bit like a frutescens. Like a tabasco, or a purira.  Bit wider pod, wider bottom, and a blunter tip. As far as I know most of the thai's are Annuum though.
 
Must have missed the ornamental on the label. Or the knock off brand I got it from just omitted it from label

I love these smaller varieties. I always keep a mix of Pequin and Thai peppers on the table. The burn hits fast and hard but fades quickly with these varieties making them perfect for any meal that needs a little heat.

Most botanists these days think the Annuum and Frutescens are too closely related to call them seperates names though.
