I'd say 30 days will make it plenty hot, but I agree with wheebz you made that crazy hot!
you could of cut open those pods to hurry up the process.
for me thats one thing I dont like - chile alcohol.

It's hard to tell from the photos but all of the pods were serrated to increase the surface area. ;)
A month sounds good, I will continue to take toothpick samples to monitor the heat.
