Thanks! I'm already tired of processing, and my freezer is full from last year lol. I need to get the frozen pods out and do something with them, Idk how long they last in the freezer
should maybe make some roasted green chile soup with some of them big green ones  :drooling:
http://thehotpepper.com/topic/25749-the-soup-thread/?p=1659256 :)

also great poured over tamales, or a pepper omelet  :drooling:  :drooling:

I hear both of you. I separated out the different colors of ripe peppers today, and never started processing, I am thinking about smoking some/all of them tomorrow, @G.I.P. how do you smoke your Serrano?
slice in half, or cut into large rings, then into one of those disposable aluminum baking trays, i buy the ones with holes punched in the bottom, then into the smoker they go for a few hours(your not smoking them till dry like they do with chipotle ) just a few hours of smoke, then finish dehydrating them in the dehydrator [makes the house smell so good :) ]

Got 48 cloves of garlic in the other day too G.I.P! Hopefully I harvested/dried them correctly! Lol. I waited too long to pull it I think, so I only felt like about half of it looked good for re-planting. Fingers crossed!

The trees were really weird this year and didn't start looking their leaves till after I had planted them and spent 20 on hay and straw to cover them lol

Just put 15 types on some wet paper towel yesterday. Hopefully I can use bigger pots and have about the same size plants that I did last year starting early January. I will make a glog once they start sprouting. I'm cutting back this year and hopefully gonna get some tomatoes this year. And cucumbers
