Wild Game or Fish

If this exists the super search feature failed to direct me...
 
I would love everyone to post plates of food from something they caught or killed hunting.
 
 
First up....ugly plate but a southern classic, fried venison and onions...I like to put pepper powder in the breading.

While I haven't hunted pheasant in many years, I have not forgotten my love of them and other small game.  I bought two pheasants (cleaned) today and will be posting when the meal is complete.  I am sure it will bring many memories back from my childhood, though I will be making a much different recipe from my mom's.
