I'm sorry buddy I felt really bad when I saw that last night, that is the type of mistake I would make for sure.... Hopefully you can rebound and still have a solid grow, still got some time to get it sorted out Bobo.

No biggie brotha, I was giving ya a hard time. It sucked but I got other seeds soaked and in along with adding Yaki blue and Fruxim courtesy of G.I.P.

Sometimes you make mistakes and ya gotta learn, I will not make that one again. Definitely making the most of this time of year because its realistically our seed start and plant out period .
Updates soon, p.dreadie popped up today and umorok red looks to pop too.

Hey, GPR, sorry to hear about your mishap.
At least you have the system dialed in now.
Lots of water flushing and a change of water
Might save the day.

Let me make you feel better. A few seasons
Ago, I sprayed 2-4-D on half my grow, thinking
it was kelp foliar spray. Next morning, half my
grow had the top 8 hanging straight down. No
saving them. Plants were in their prime just
getting ready to really hit the flowering season.

Thanks Paul, yeah Id probably cry if I killed plants about to flower. Does make me appreciate that it was earlier.

Dang Paul, that's a serious self inflicted wound. I feel your pain. Something similar happened to some of my plants in June of 17. A neighbor spraying his peanuts drifted 2,4-DB onto my property and harmed my plants. They survived but just barely. These growth inhibitors really can screw up some pepper plants.

Yeah, being broadleaf plants, they are a sucker for 2-4-D.

I can't describe the pit in my stomach when I realized what
had happened   :mope:

They say "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger".
I Iearned to clearly label look-alikes, though. I never
realized how much alike Weed-B-Gone and Kelp Foliar
Spray looked until that moment           :banghead:

I bet, just freakin crazy. Peppers Im learning are delicate, I have to be attentive to their needs just like in other areas of life
Hoping for seeds to pop soon as Im getting impatient with the ones that havent popped ahem pdn x bmj and yellow Bhut.

On a side note, is kelp foliar spray any good and whats the benefit?

Those PdN x BMJ seeds are tough ones, alright.
They must have gotten too hot drying out. It's the
only thing I can think of.  Next year's crop of seeds
will be much better, and isolated.

The Kelp Spray provides some micronutrients and
minerals and helps create an environment on the
foliage which resists disease stuff. I like to give them
a shot once a month, but I forget a lot, so it's more
sporadic than it should be. I also spray once a month
with Cal-Mag foliar spray.

Update woohoo:
Today was fun, transferred from aero garden to 75% soil with Kratky into the grow box over fridge station. Now I have 2 open slots since I found seeds with taproots in the other 4 so duplicates . They will be filled by GIPs Bulgarian carrot x Serrano and Brazilian starfish from Hawkins on thp.

Paul, this is what I was referring to in the other Glog

Lol thanks, thats pretty ready. My Jamaican hot chocolate was that size and now its happy in its Kratky home. Only factor to consider is how big your cup for double cup, mine are 12 oz I think.
I have the 16oz double cups and will be feeding the nutrients from the second cup.
Hoping another month and everyone can make it outside. Most now in the areogarden are from culling my other cups.
Just a toy and play with different ways of growing. Seems I'm likening this once I put a reptile heating mat under it.
Thanks for your insight in an aging mind.

Update: outside plants recovering since soil amendments...finally

Indoor starts are slowly hooking and growing after the incident
Growbox plants getting crazy big fast and rooting like a nascar race
Getting excited as the growboxers start to fill it up then topping and an attempt to root the cuttings since you guys have shown me the way
