Post Your Ride

I used to install car audio systems in high school. The trunk of that Caddy is probably big enough to hold eight 12" Solobarics. Four 2ohm stable amps and you'll be winning SPL contests in Miami, Scovie... the origin of bass.

True Story.

lol. That would be a good way to disassemble the whole car! Fill the trunk with woofers and blast it!
Then just watch the whole car fall apart from all the bolts rattling loose!

alright ill play

Scovie you have other pics. Ones a side view I love it. I know you have more that you can post. DO IT!!!!!!!!!

LD you have no idea how pretty she is. Until you see her up close and personal!
Classic American Luxury Steel is where its at for sho' - Once your in one you are hooked - seems like fun and debauchery ensues when you roll up and everyone that sees you knows it too!

Damn wheebz definitely NOT what I was expecting - Nice Whip or is it hhwhip?

Wait, Wheebz... that's the car I followed from Darwin's but all fixed up pretty and painted a different color? You should show us a picture of what it USED to be... preferably with kayak included.

No kayak with mine and not quite as many HP as Wheebz, but I bet I have more stump pulling torque :D :D :D

All stock, it is only a year old after all. 400HP and 800 ft.lbs. It barely breaks a sweat with this camper.

Couldn't resist. It's a 1990 GT, 25th Anniversary Edition. Had it since it was born. Only thing left original is the body. It runs mid 10's, the supercharger helps.

Should be replacing my truck this evening. I had a '98 Dodge Ram 1500 SS/T that I bought new in 1998. It was my daily driver until 2004. After that it was relegated to "truck duties." It has been trouble-free until the last year, when things started failing on it. At this point, to fix all that is wrong with it would cost more than it is worth as a trade-in. It still runs well and is safe to drive, but I like everything to work in my vehicles. I know, call me crazy. ;)

Anyway, decided on a 2013 Ram 1500 R/T. Just did the pre-delivery inspection yesterday evening. It will be detailed today and I am to pick it up after work this evening. Pics of one or both if anyone is interested.

post 'em up that's what the threads fo'

OK, here is the story. I wanted to do more up-potting this past weekend, but a lot of time was taken up by my old truck. It is a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 SS/T that I've owned since it was new. It has been very reliable but in the past year one thing after another kept going wrong with it. I had a mobile mechanic come out and look at it. He told me it would cost more to fix it than it was worth! Well, at least he's an honest mechanic. Since it only gets driven on occasions when I need a truck, like Home Depot runs, trips to get bails of potting soil, fishing trips, etc., I was going to just let some things on it not work. The final straw came when I went to have it smogged and it failed because of a check engine light code, but no check engine light on the dashboard! So, I decided it was time for a new truck. After researching all the offerings, I decided on a 2013 Ram 1500 R/T. Sunday afternoon we had family over, but the rest of the weekend was spent researching, locating, and negotiating a purchase on this new truck. I just took delivery yesterday after work.

Out with the old:

And in with the new:

I think I'm going to drive the new truck to work today, instead of the GT-R. ;)

nice love the hood and rims the area around the headlights kinda look like the charger too. I have a 04 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT that is my daily driver now - Im thinking maybe diesel or 2500 next. I the summer I pull a camper and I would like something bigger.

Nice truck Doc.

That is why I got the F250 in my picture up above in post 108. Pulling that camper with a 1/2 ton truck through the mountains is really hard on the truck and my nerves. The 250 diesel acts like the trailer isn't even there.
