The world hottest chili contest, is a great way to get non-chili-nerds interested in chili. A good "diplomat" so to speak.

  Alphabeat is actually Danish and they startet out of high school. Now they are older, but the music remains the same. great music by the way!

The local radio station ... a great mix of music.

This forum is about a lot of different people with different cultures, religions, color and so on, come together in a community and help each other on our common passion ... chillies!

Personally I use the strong chillies for drying and hot sauces. I do not eat them "raw" to be macho. I mix them with something that actually tastes good :)   But I understand what you mean "Ajijoe", hotter is not automatically better. But the hotter the powder, the less i have to use in stews...

As far as I know, this list i accurate - but is it really? ( http://superhotchilli.com/types.html )   And, is there a new chili sort that show promising signs of being the new king og superhots?

I would also like to thank you for your service, many Americans have risked life and limb for causes that affect us Europeans too. Especially WW Two .. That said, Your garden look mean as hell .... really good ... keep up the good work!
