Somebody decided to ditch a family dollar shopping cart in my yard over the weekend and it looks to be my problem now. Should I call family dollar and tell them about their cart, or call the cops and report it? I guess I could take it back myself but that is inconvenient.

Compost starter? Just put a bunch of dead plants in a my new compost bin. Would the decomposing leaves behind my shed be a good starter?
