    It was left overs from grillin' n' chillin' wit y'all, lol. refried the 1/2" cubed meat with rocoto slices in a REALLY hot pan in a mixture of italian sausage grease olive oil and butter. Hit with stardust, regular chilli powder, pinch of mexican oregano. Deglaze with a table spoon of water once browned. A lil ashamed but the fresh tomatillo sauce was store bought from the fancy market. Its really close to mine and $4 bucks and I'm lazy, what.

    Thx Grant(and that one sounds pretty easy) but the paranoid outlaw in me says any pic host site seems invasive. I really wish I could just go from my puter to THP :( I should just upgrade to windows 10 with pic software and such. I have a little shit camera that plugs into the puter already. With Extreme and appropriate software I can go from camera to puter to THP right??? No host needed?

    Cut a red rocoto today that was a tick over 74grams. Kinda proud of that, my biggest red to date.

    Tomorrow I'm gonna harvest the biggest Red Rocoto I've ever grown. Its got a gnarly shape too, can't wait to weigh it. I let it go over ripe for the seeds which I plan to share.

    Well my Dong Xuans really are Dong Xuans. They stayed yellow so long and taste just like Aji pineapple when yellow, ijust thought they were Aji pineapple. Showing some red now though.
