Wonderful 50 mph wind gusts. Last year I staked all before planting but tied hardly any since they got big and did well. Next year most will get staked and tied as they grow.

Just put the yellow scorps in the dehydrator after a good 14 hour cherry wood slow smoke. Load chips turn on til heavy smoke, turn off til a few hours later just tendrils coming out. Repeat. Yummy powder to come.

Gardens now have 111 plants in them with 4 more to finish tomorrow. Decided no Carrots or parsnips this year so there is room for 4 fatalii/red savina f2's. Now to pot up my 20 extras and make sauces to lower the levels in the freezer. Anyone need anything brought to POTB?
OK rain...come and get gone so I can plant out by the weekend.
