First attempt at pepper jelly is cooling. Smelled damn good while cooking! Hope it tastes as good as it smelled.

Tried my 1st fatalii tonight. New favourite for the time being! Next up either chocolate naga, chocolate bhut or peach ghost scorpion. This is going to hurt!
