    Yeah....they smell fine. Been in the bottom of the freezer like the creature from "The Thing"... ;) ...but they're SOFT.....as in the options for processing are limited, I think, to a wet method. I'm just not sure which one....or if anyone has tried to process peppers from frozen.

    Split them....dehydrate them.....grind them......bottle them. It's not scary or complicated. I have powders that go back to 2009 that are just as good as they were the day I bottled them. Started out with cayenne and habanero.....then, on to Bhut Jolokia.....and Trinidad Scorpions a few years...
