- I spent 30+ Years in the Ladies Clothing business as a VP and developed 350 Stores on the East Coast. But my love was always Gardening and Hot Peppers. Now I do that full time. I also manage my Resort Rental properties, Anthony-Joseph, Inc. with rental Cabins in the Smoky Mountains and Condos on the Gulf Coast of Florida. - Stuffed Chile Peppers, Ground Veal Steak with Mushrooms and Onions,

- 8 skinless chicken thighs
2 brown congo peppers (chopped and seeded)
2 oz. soy sauce
2 oz. amber rum
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp French thyme (can sub. w/ parsley)
Put all ingredients in large plastic bag, marinate 2-5 hrs.
preheat grill to med high, grill 25-30 min, turning once halfway through. serve with spinach or collards.
