Making some habanero concentrate.... dump a bunch of white hab powder into the water, add a little vinegare and salt..... cook until reduced to drippings.... strain out pulp with a coffee filter.... bottle the juice.
I fed my mother in law a pepperoncini yesterday... she said it was spicy and burned her mouth. So I ate one that was barely starting to ripen today to see what she was talking about..... Zero heat. I'm guessing it was me, and not the pepper
