Yeah, they usually print better with paper loaded into them.
Sometimes you have to unplug it and then wait like 10 minutes before plugging it in again to make it work. Not the power cord though, but the cord to the computer itself.

Eh, it depends. Theres a lot of factors involved. But not so much to each other it seems at times.
